  • All classes require you to bring your own mat. for outdoor pilates, a towel is totally acceptable. Oh and your best energy!

  • Not at all! all fitness levels are welcomed with open arms. If at any point an exercise is too much, I always encourage you to take a regression that suits your body or to chuck a child’s pose in there!

    Nothing is taken too seriously and we all love a laugh.
